Shipping methods

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Order tracking

Express shipments receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, check your spam folder or use our order tracking page.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. If your country isn't listed at checkout, email radiofm90.com and we'll try to arrange a custom shipment.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Incorrect address

Double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — we can often update it before dispatch.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your package is delayed past the estimated window, contact radiofm90.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate it. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we'll resend or refund your order.
