Our promise: if something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging and accessories intact.
Non-returnable items
- Opened video games, consoles, or digital content
- Worn, washed, or altered clothing and footwear
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Gift cards and sale items marked as final
How to start a return
- Email radiofm90.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address we provide.
- Once received and inspected, we issue the refund to the original payment method.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued within 3 – 5 business days of us receiving the return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective).
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability. If the replacement isn't available, we'll issue a full refund.
Damaged or wrong items
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company — processing times vary. If the refund is still missing, contact radiofm90.com.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. Once shipped, our standard return process applies.
