Legal Warranty Rights

Under EU consumer law, every product you buy from us is covered by a 2-year legal guarantee — no registration required.

What the legal guarantee covers

The legal guarantee covers any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and becoming apparent within 2 years. This includes defects in materials, manufacturing, or design.

What it does not cover

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
  • Damage from not following the product instructions
  • Consumables (e.g. batteries) once their normal life is exhausted

How to claim

  1. Email radiofm90.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if possible.
  2. We'll acknowledge within 2 business days.
  3. We may ask you to ship the item back. Return shipping is on us for valid warranty claims.
  4. Once we confirm the defect, you choose between repair, replacement, or full refund.

Timeline

For defects appearing within the first 12 months, the burden of proof is on us — we assume the defect existed at delivery. After 12 months, you may need to show that the defect was present at delivery.

Voluntary commercial guarantee

Some products carry an additional manufacturer's guarantee. That guarantee is supplementary to your legal rights and does not replace them. Always check the product documentation for details.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in our Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law. If you're unsure about anything, contact us — we'll always do the right thing.
